Open the PDF from the shop where you purchased the mission. Find its activation code. Choose Activate a mission, enter the activation code and your teacher email, then verify your email with the newest sign-in code. Your mission will appear in your teacher dashboard.
Can another teacher use my activation code?
No. Each purchased or authorized free-copy license is for one individual teacher and the classroom or classrooms they personally teach. Other educators need their own licenses. Keep the activation PDF, activation code, and teacher account private; share classroom codes only with your own students. See the Terms of Use.
My purchase activation code isn’t working
Check that you are using the activation code from the purchase PDF, rather than a classroom or email sign-in code. Copy it without extra spaces. If it still fails, contact the seller through the shop where you purchased it.
Teacher sign-in
How do I return to my dashboard?
Choose Teacher Dashboard and sign in with the same email you used to activate your mission. You do not need to activate the purchase again.
My email sign-in code hasn’t arrived
Check spam and junk folders. Confirm that you entered the correct email address. Wait briefly, then request a fresh code and use only the newest one. Avoid repeatedly requesting codes.
Why do I need to sign in on the new domain?
The two website addresses use separate sign-in sessions. Use your existing teacher email; your activated missions belong to the same account.
Classroom codes
How do I create a classroom code?
Open your mission in the teacher dashboard. Choose Generate another classroom code, review your class settings, and share the code and the student-page address shown under How students join.
How long does a classroom code last?
A classroom code is active for 72 hours from the time you create it, not from the first student’s visit. Check the exact deadline in your dashboard. After it expires, generate another code to start a new class session. The new code does not transfer the expired session’s progress. This classroom window does not expire your purchased teacher license.
Are all codes the same?
No. The purchase activation code adds a mission to your teacher account. An email sign-in code verifies your identity. A classroom code lets students join a class.
Devices & browsers
Which devices can students use?
Use a desktop computer, laptop, Chromebook, or compatible tablet in landscape with a reliable internet connection. Gameplay needs a browser window at least 960 pixels wide and 560 pixels high. An interactive whiteboard can display the mission through a connected computer for teacher-led play. Test your school’s setup before the lesson. Phones are not supported for gameplay, although the marketplace can be browsed on a phone.
Which browser and settings should I use?
Use an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. Maximize the window, close side panels that reduce available space, and allow essential cookies and browser storage. Keep sound enabled if you want the mission audio. School filtering or device restrictions can affect media loading.
Do I need to download an app?
No app installation is required for mission gameplay. Open the student-page address supplied by the teacher in a browser. Printable resources, when included, are optional downloads from the teacher dashboard.
Student access
Do students need an email or account?
No. Students enter the classroom code and choose a nickname or team name. Ask them to use nicknames rather than real names.
Can a student continue later?
Use the same device and browser and follow the mission’s Continue option when available. Do not clear browser storage or change domains during an active mission. If a session cannot be found, check the classroom code and nickname before starting again.
A student can’t join the class
Check the student-page address under How students join, confirm the classroom code, and check its joining deadline. Make sure the device has an internet connection and is supported.
Progress & timing
Where can I see student progress?
Open the mission in your teacher dashboard and select Progress Monitoring. Check that tracking is enabled for the classroom. Use the dashboard’s class settings to review the timer and available options.
How long can I review tracked progress?
The standard progress-review window lasts seven days after the classroom code expires. Check the dates shown in your dashboard. Expired student progress is removed by the daily cleanup. Browser-saved progress and platform usage or license records have different retention rules; see the Privacy Policy.
Where are my teacher resources?
Open the activated mission in your dashboard and select Resources. Download the files provided for that mission.
Troubleshooting
The screen says to rotate the device
Turn the tablet to landscape and check that orientation lock is off. On a computer, maximize the browser window. Mission gameplay is not designed for phones.
Artwork or audio is not loading
Check the internet connection and device volume. Give the page a moment to load. If needed, reload once using the same device and browser. A school network may block media; ask your school’s technical support to check access to the mission website.
Who should I contact for help?
For purchase files, refunds, or activation-code issues, contact the seller through your purchase platform. For a technical issue, include the mission title, device, browser, and the error message. Do not send student names or access codes.
